TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP:
ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP ($95 annually) may be granted to those individuals who have responsibility for health care patient representatives, nurses, social workers and/or staff responsible for representing patients and serving as liaison between patients, their families, and a health care institution.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP ($150 annually) may be granted to those individuals who have an interest in, but no direct responsibility for patient services or representation in health care activities.
AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP ($50 annually) may be granted to those individuals interested in understanding the role of and in associating with patient representatives and related patient services professionals. Affiliate members are non-voting members.
